JPEC

JPEC has been established in 2002 by P.E. volunteers from JSPE’s (Japan Society of Professional Engineers) members, under strong request of OSBEELS (Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying).

JPEC is only Institution for implementing FE Examinations in Japan, which has been conducting the FE Examinations under supervision of OSBEELS in accordance with NCEES's (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) Rules.

In 2006, JPEC signed a contract with NCEES to conduct the FE Examination in Japan, under the direct contract and supervision of NCEES, instead of OSBEELS.

NCEES and JPEC shall establish deep confidence, and will spread not only FE Examinations, but also PE Examinations in Japan.
