Meanwhile, if you need to translate some other information into English, you are encouraged to use Web translation service, such as "Cross Translation".

The FE Exams are offered in both Tokyo and Osaka.
Details of the application procedures and qualification/eligibility of the applicants are shown below, and only those people who reside in Japan are eligible to take the Exams.

Outline of procedures,

1. Prepare transcripts and graduation certificates (university-issued or original) for all four years of college
2. Prepare a photo of your face
3. Transfer the application fee (prepare a copy of the transfer)
4. Fill out the application form (common mistakes: order of date of birth, omission of pension number, written signature (English only, no kanji)
5. Fill in the supplementary form
6. School-issued certificates will not be returned. Even if you enclose a letter pack, we will not return it unless there is a valid reason. *However, this does not apply to universities outside of Japan where the university policy is not to issue certificates and you have only one certificate. Please enclose a note requesting return and a letter pack plus.(https://www.post.japanpost.jp/service/letterpack/). *For many universities outside of Japan issue only originals and wish to return them.
